As expected with a light-weight wool t-shirt the material is pretty thin and mixed with some nylon. For that I think it could be a couple bucks cheaper, but at the STP price it's a deal regardless.

Now I have purchased several pieces for him and he sees the light now. I bought 4 icebreaker tshirts from Sierra Trading Post for our trip to Florida. We just got back and he didn't wear any other shirts besides Icebreaker. The fit was perfect. He takes an XL and that's what I purchased. The only thing he mentioned was that he is used to a fuller cut sleeve. He seemed to adjust to the sleeves. I definitely recommend this shirt, the price is excellent.

Wicks away moisture as well as any synthetic and doesn't stink after a few days of wear. They are easy to hand wash and dry overnight in extremely humid climates.

These CL Sphere shirts are a godsend. The hybrid material is superior to your standard IB Tech Lite, Oasis or Smartwool offerings in terms of durability, moisture management, comfort and odor resistance. I prefer the fit as well. At 6'3", 235lbs, an XL fits me just right, even better than IB's bodyfit Oasis line. I've purchased of these shirts and wish I'd gotten at least 5. The only drawbacks is that it's missing some of the technical features of the Oasis line and is generally available in horrific colors. As for the latter issue, I solved it by buying the lightest color and then dyeing it.
