Great looking shirt. Good fit. Good feel. I haven't actually used it for working out yet because I almost hate to. It looks so nice I'm reluctant to get it all sweaty. I love the Merino wool and particularly Icebreaker. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their products. This is a fairly thin and light weight wool and I imagine it will be particularly nice to layer.

A great Icebreaker shirt. I really like this 150 weight..very versatile. I wear it when it's a bit cool out, and even when it warms up a bit, still very comfy. I'm 5'11, 185, and the large works well for me, with room for an underlayer if I need it. For runners, you may find the forearm/wrist a bit loose, I dunno. The rather bulky thumb loops add to that effect as well. Most running shirts taper to kind of a tighter fit in that area, while this shirt retains some looseness there. Color is a nice, deep blue; good looking shirt. This is a great shirt to throw in the pack or around your waist if you just don't know what the weather is gonna do today. My first 150 weight Icebreaker piece, and I'm a fan. As an aside, I wish the large size fit me as well in their short sleeve models. Fit perfect in these long sleeve, but in the other the sleeves are oddly short.
