    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I wanted something that I could wear alone while running in cooler weather but also as a thermal layer under clothing. This is perfect for both. I just wore them for a 3-mile run in 49 degree drizzly weather and it felt great - good mobility and wicking. I wouldn't mind if they were a tiny bit more fitted when wearing alone (I am 5'4", 125 lbs and ordered a size S) but they're fine as they are. Very pleased with this purchase!

    This item was not what I was expecting. I bought these with the thought that I would be able to do some cold weather running in them. They are much thinner than I thought they would be and probably wouldnt be as warm in the wind so I decided to return them.
