Does a good job keeping my little guy's feet warm in his boots, but it's a good thing his boots are a size too big or they wouldn't fit. He does find them mildly itchy after a couple hours and is happy to take them off when we get back inside. I had trouble figuring out the sizing, so here's what we did: He got the small, he is 3 years old and wears a 7 to 8 in the little kids sizes.. The socks will probably fit him for another year or two, they are pretty big width wise. Close to the right length, but I think they are stretchy enough to wear as his feet lengthen.

We bought other wool socks (other brands) that are too thick - to the point where shoes won't fit. These, however, are just right. They stay on well too. My husband asked me to buy another pair because he likes them so much.
