“I am usually a medium but order large in all icebreaker wear that is "trim fit" and that works well; these are not tight, I might have gotten away with medium but am happy. These are softer than other merino long underwear and they are pretty with the detailing. They worked very well skiing. For non cold weather wear I like the ultra light.”
