Icebreaker Sports 320 Tornado Shirt – Merino Wool, Midweight, Long Sleeve (For Women)

To begin with, I own several Icebreaker tops and really like the brand. I ordered this one because it was a heavier weight, it had a collar, and was in a beautiful color. The other reviewer who said it was an odd fit under the arms was right (a funky bagginess which is why it earned 4 stars) but when I wore this snowshoeing, sledding, and skiing, the extra cloth came in handy. My arms never felt restricted like they do with my snugger tops. The bagginess was noticeable to me b/c I was on the lookout for it, but I don't think it's that bad, because when I wear this top, I keep getting compliments about how great it looks! People seem to have a tendency to touch the fabric when I let them know it's merino wool. I layer it with other icebreaker tops when I need it to be warmer. The "hidden" side pocket is handy and sleek. The collar is convenient because I don't need to wear a bulky scarf while outside in the snow. It's wonderful in the house as well because it keeps me warm even in drafty rooms. And it's so pretty, too. If this helps with your sizing at all, I'm 115 lbs., 5' 2" and ordered a size x-small and it fits fine. Thank you, Icebreaker and Sierra Trading Post!

Icebreaker always have great products! I am a true fan of Icebreaker. This shirt is another great product. Comfortable, stylish, XS fits well on a Petite 4 like me. And of course, STP always have great price.

This shell is so flattering, my husband (who, frankly, NEVER compliments me) said 6 times the first evening how great I looked. The wool and construction are such high quality, it's so comfortable, it's so good looking that I wear it every day as a layer. The only problem is I'm going to need a second one so I can wash this one sometimes!

Light weight yet still keeps me warm. It keeps it's shape and has a slimming fit. I highly recommend it.

I used this on a backpacking trip - as a layering piece with two other Icebreaker tops. WOW! I will definitely stick with this company again. I usually take a thicker itchy wool sweater backpacking (I was in the mountains) but this one easily did the trick - lighter weight, not itchy, and cute to boot. I think I might wear it skiing or just around town during the winter.

Wonderful, easily washable wool sweater for all kinds of activities, including travel. It's a great, lively, shade of blue, fashionable, but also very warm for its weight.

When the days are cold I pull out this Icebreaker shirt and I feel warm. I hike daily in the morings and this works. It has thumbholes I am in love with at the moment, so the sleeves are a little long, but your hands stay warm. I love merino wool!!!!
