Icebreaker

I usually love icebreaker, but while this top fit well on the body, the sleeves felt too wide and loose. I returned it.

I use this shirt for hikes, at work (nice looking enough for business casual), at home. I plan on using it as an insulating layer for skiing and winter hiking.

Product is very thin and warm. This wool is extremely soft, wow! Great product, would highly recommend to other ski racers!

Good cool weather outerwear for mild exertion or cold weather sweater for any purpose

I really love this coat-- it is thin but very warm, excellent for that in-between weather. It is tapered and fits great on my shoulders, waist and hips. But it's a bit tight across the chest (and I'm just a 36B)! If I wear a sweater underneath, the buttons gap and do weird things. I think I'm going to have an extra clasp put in to see if it will solve things. Great jacket if you're flat-chested, but bigger busted ladies should avoid or move a size up.

I have two of these. The first one I bought was made in New Zealand. The second one is made in China. I can tell the difference. The product is still really nice, but there is a difference in the fit and the fabric. I bought size large which fits well and I purchased the color Foxy which is a light purple pink color-very nice color. The top/sweater can be worn over light layers under a jacket or as a medium weight sweater. This top has 2 good sized zippered pockets.

Once I started collecting Icebreaker clothing, I felt like throwing out everything else I own. I now have about 6-8 Icebreaker items and have bought Icebreaker for just about everyone on my Christmas list. Soft, breatheable, colorfast, attractive, etc. Yes you can wear it when it's hot. Or cold. Or raining. Or snowing. Or to the office, to sleep in, to hike in, etc. This shirt is closer fitting than some other Icebreaker shirts I have. I find that it does smell after I sweat in it, but when I take the shirt off, the stink comes off with it. It's well worth the price.

Flattering cut, lighter weight. Felted Merino wool gives you the warm without the bulk. It is perfect for Northern California winters. This coat fits great, moves with you, does not feel stiff at all, and does not wrinkle easily. Looks great with anything! I love it! Note that the Ink color is a very dark blue, not black and Java is an almost brownish, very dark plum color. It is actually very easy to wear and a nice original color. I traditionally only wear black or dark brown but very much like this color with its hint of plum. The coat is very high quality, attention to details is evident. I love icebreaker shirts and am gradually replacing all my synthetic shirts with wool. The only thing I'm not happy about with this particular shirt is the hem has a binding on it like on the neck and arms. This makes it look a little bulky when you tuck it in.
