I can't believe how light these things are. I was worried about 2 things before buying:

-Are boots going to be light enough to move around in with some remaining agility?

They're crazy light and I would even say lighter than a sneaker because there isn't much to them. Above the sole is basically just material which keeps the weight down. I haven't used them yet but I will be using them for active work, therefore warmth should not be an issue. Might want to look into this if you are using them for standing around, however this would be unlikely because if you were standing around, you wouldn't need studs.

-Will the metal studs wear out on regular concrete?

They assure me that they will not. Yet to confirm.

The product looks exactly in line with the information available online. All representations are accurate.

Pretty cool boots! I work on Mt Ruapehu as a Winch Cat operator. The snow conditions on the mountain can vary from icy, wet slush, to deep powder snow. Grip is something I cannot sacrifice on. The Carbide tips on the boot are fantastic!! Don't expect to sneak up on anyone if your walking on a hard surface. Great Grip, Feel like slippers(warm), and in the two weeks I've owned them they're so far quite durable. The laces are extremely long, and doing the boots up takes a while. They could have a stiffer sole on them with more ankle support. Kicking footsteps in hard snow is hard to do without hurting the foot.
All and all, sweet product and while everyone else is sliding around on ice, these boots keep that from happening.
