Although runs wide, this is a plus for winter when you need heavy socks...so order icebugs a half size smaller thank normal and that should be a great fit!

I ordered these after sending the very uncomfortable MR4 model back. These were perfect. The shoe itself is rugged but comfortable. They seem to fit a little truer to size than the MR4s (which run slightly bigger) and they are completely adjustable--i.e. no gusseted tongue. I haven't yet inserted orthotics but the shoes would accommodate them if needed. Basically, these are like my normal, rugged, comfortable trail-running shoes but with the spiked bottoms for walking on icy/slick surfaces. I purchased these primarily for walking big dogs in icy conditions and secondarily for running in icy conditions and so far they have worked very well for both.
