It is very form fitted, so a larger size might have been better, but that being said it feels comfortable and the inner Liner does keep the wind out without requiring a wind breaker. I have worn it out in fancy restaurants and out on a low 40s windy and misty day for my afternoon walks and was very warm and dry. Both places it worked just fine. I like the zippers to the side pockets although the pockets are small, but it will keep a small wallet, keys, and cell phone. The colors are vibrant and the red is a dark brick red and the pattern stands out. I wanted a wool sweater and with the lining it is not itchy and the outside is soft and thick. I'm always cold in the winter, but this sweater can be too warm inside and I keep it zipped open indoors. It's my new favorite sweater that I wear this season.

I do have broad shoulders and long arms and it's perfect. Think I'm going to order the red one too. Looks beautiful with jeans. Have only had it a few days so don't know how it'll wash and wear.
