“Corduroys a.k.a. Gentleman's Jeans”

“Generally, my husband doesn't like corduroys (he doesn't like jeans either) but cords by Incotex are an exception. These trousers are very well tailored (true to the Italian fashion) and the fabric is soft and comfortable; from the corduroys perspective, these are on a thinner side. They are not overly high in the waistline – that would be English tailoring – but are not low either. As for sizing, they run true to size where 32 is indeed 32. Colour is different (as other reviewers already noted) than it appears on the web site; the fabric, as seen from the inside, has very narrow stripes of lighter and darker warm caramel which creates more of a tridimensional effect from the outer side. When well synchronized with shoes, a shirt, or sweater, or a sport coat (cords can be very well worn with a sport coat), these trousers can truly look great. Classic and yet stylish.”
