“I ordered this in a large for my husband but it was way too small, so I gave it to my son, who is a runner also. He is only 5'6" and 145 lbs and it fit him perfectly, so I would order 1-2 sizes up. The shirt is really nice for aerobic sports. I got the white with orange(the white is pretty see through but my son doesn't care). I wouldn't recommend white for casual wear because of this.”
