    Great running jacket, good for layers. I am very cold natured and the jacket is good for 30-40 degree weather. I did need more layers when it was in the 20's or very windy. These breathable clothes don't do well in the bitter cold wind :)

    Another reviewer mentioned that this jacket smelled a little funky, even after washing, and that is indeed the case. It's also a little larger in the trunk than I would like -- certainly comfortable for movement, but a little loose and baggy.

    I only own lightweight jackets for running but there are occasional cold spells where this jacket is just right as a top layer when it is in the 20's or 30's and windy. It is very warm, windproof and looks good on.

    I've used this jacket running in temps down to about 18 degrees. It has been great. I was so used to many layers that the biggest adjustment at first was not to over dress. Very pleased with this purchase.

    In terms of performance, it's great, nice and soft, plenty of pockets, works well for running in cooler weather, seems to break a little bit of the wind and there's enough room to add some layers underneath when it gets colder. I did read the comments that said it had a strange smell and I didn't think much of it until I got it. It's so strong that it makes the other clothes in the closet smell. Hopefully washing will help.
