“Is it a shirt or a jacket? It's both! A little too roomy around the torso to use as a shirt, but a nice cover-up. I bought it for use on my first cruise since it has some nice sparkly sequins and embellishments. Try wearing it tied around the waist like in the catalog view, it's a great fashion statement. Love the colors! Nice mix of aqua, green and gold.”
