    At a fantastic price, I own a shirt that would please both high and low end shoppers. Despite labelled "dry clean only", I machine washed it on gentle cycle and ironed it damp. I find that all 100% silk fabrics are washable despite labels stating otherwise.

    Maybe I'm boxy, but I like the feel and look of this shirt very much. Fabric is what I expected from the word "shantung": slightly slubby with some sheen. Not highly draping, more of a medium hand. I am tempted to hand wash it, but don't want to hurt it.
