“This blouse is not as transparent as you might think but enough so that it's better as a layer over something. The construction is fair: the front placket liner tends to ravel. The sleeves are loose bells, it would be easy to shorten them. Rolling them isn't that attractive because of the pattern. I liked the pattern but the background color, not so much, so in spite of the "dryclean only" label I dyed it red with cold-water dye and it is now a Wow color. Both the base and the velvet part take the dye about equally. I'm only "not recommending it to a friend" because a lot of them don't know how to do this, they'd have to like the original color.”
