He won't use them until Fall so I can't speak to the durabilityand comfort. However, my husband has this brand of boots and his have been great. Youcannot beat the price at Sierra! My one problem with Sierra is that it is very hard to figure out the sizing on shoes, and you can't always tell from the picture if the shoes are sized for,say a toddler 4 or a "big kid" 4. Maybe they could list the European size.
