Irish Setter Mountain Claw 17” Hunting Boots - Waterproof, Snakeproof (For Men)

I wear a size 9.5 street shoes and size 10 boots, bought these in 10 EE wide since I have boxy feet and Morton's Neuromas and can't be squeezed at all. The 10's feel like a 10.5 though that could just be the EE width. With a thin sock/thick sock combo they fit perfect with good toe room. Also no real problems getting on and off (no more than any high boot) but that could also be thanks to the EE width. Looking forward to seeing how they handle various terrain.

I wear the boots when scouting in preparation for deer season, in an area that is blessed with rattlesnakes. Even though new, I wore them all day while walking the property without any discomfort.

These boots are great. I didn't have any issues putting them on or taking them off. An added confidence boost when in snaky areas, they are comfortable and extremely tough so far.

I would be 100% satisfied but the boot is too small. I am sending it back today. The siozing is definately off.

I am using it for hunting and I am more than satisfied. Still had no chance to go for longer winter hunt, but I expect to need warm socks in addition. These obviously need to be thin enough, since if you plan to wear thick traditional wool one, take a size bigger, since you might not be able to push the leg with these through narrow ankle zone. Its comfortable and gives you real feeling of confidence
