Received these boots because I needed a pair that were wide and warm. The boots are well constructed but heavy and feel tighter than a standard boot. I wear a wide 2E as these were stated to be so they were returned.

I've only used these boots the last few weekends of the hunting season but they are great, so far. Warm, waterproof, and relatively comfortable for this type of boot.

  • Question “I wear some size 11 and some 11.5 depending on brand. Would a size 11 or 12 be a better option for me on this boot. (Only size 11 available)”
Asked on 11/18/2012 12:00:00 AM by Bob from WI
    • Answer The leather/textile top of this boot will not allow for much, if any, stretch so probably not enough to tuck hunting bibs into. They are made to accommodate up to moderately heavy hunting socks, especially as these have the extra toe room however if the socks are extremely thick, you may want to consider going up a half-size.

  • Question “Is there enough room in these boots to get hunting bibs inside boots. Also, should on order one size larger if wearing heavy socks?”
