“I just received this skirt and am quite disappointed. The colors and fabric are not as nice as they appeared on the website. The fit is awkward--the way the fabric is gathered and attached to the waistband makes it sort of bulge out around the hips. The zipper seems to be of low quality. I am also concerned that the gold threads will snag on things. I do like the look of the gold embroidery and the high waist, though.
I'm planning to return this, but I may try ironing it first to see if getting rid of some wrinkles takes care of some of the weirdness of the fit.”
