Isabella Bird Sunlit Stroll Tank Top - Linen-Rayon (For Women)

I bought this for myself a month ago to wear as a camisole in my corporate, relatively conservative, business-casual environment. It was wrinkled and the yarns are poor-quality such that it does not iron nor wash well. Furthermore, there were slubs and loose threads as well as a tiny hole in the chest underneath the trim. I normally wear a size 4-6 in Gap (which is often sized larger than many other companies) and would have expected the medium to fit. It fit like a Gap size 10-12. Because of the too-largeness, the pointelle is also awkwardly placed such that you have to wear a bra that will not show. If I am able to find the packaging material, I will try to return this unfortunate buy. Not a good value and it does not look like it would last through many wearings/washings.

I hoped that by ordering a size smaller as other reviews had suggested, this shirt would work out. It is very close to being a great shirt, but will not work out for me. It seems super stretched out, and not at all flattering. The color is very similar to brown paper bag, and it pretty much fits that way too.

You should order down a size. I wear a 10-12 which translated to Large in the sizing. It was huge, so luckily STP had it in a Medium. The linen blend is great for S. Florida climate. Wear it with shorts or under a suit. This neutral color goes with almost everything. Great for travel. Roll it into a ball and it will still look great. I'm looking forward to getting the Medium and wearing it. No underwear shows and it's not see through. I rated it four stars just because the sizing is off.

This top was not flattering for me. The in-between brown color, and loose fit, and neckline and sleeve line all combined to be not a keeper. The fabric is very soft and lovely...I would order a size down, as this one seemed to run big. Would probably work for most, just not for me.

This can be worn with shorts, a pretty skirt, or underneath a suit. It's very lightweight (great for S. Florida in the summer) but not see through, and goes with lots of colors. I recommend ordering down one size. I'm a 12, so I ordered a Large. Big mistake! I could have put my cat inside with me! I'm sending it back and have ordered a Medium.

Runs big, I initally ordered a medium, returned it for a samll. I really like this top, good color, nice fabric, very versatile can be dressed up or down.

The linen fabric of this top had promise, and I like the detail on the trim, but overall this turned out to be a very frumpy unflattering top on me. I will be returning it.
