    Great pair of dress slacks-they are still at the tailor for hemming to length but I did try them on for size. I have found the waist in Isaia pants (I have several pairs and some shorts) to be pretty consistent. I normally wear a 36" pant but in Isaia I go with a 54. The 52, which corresponds to more of a 35-35.5" is a bit tight. A 54 is more of a 36-37" I think. More of a traditional slacks fit, not slim fitting like some other Isaia slacks. Aquaspider wool is stain repellant and has a very fine weave. Does have a little more of a yellowish hue to the khaki than I would consider ideal, but still a great color. Normal Isaia details such as pick-stitching, french fly, curtain waistband, v-notch, front lined to knee, and their hidden pocket inside the waist. Very nice pants that are also versatile for multiple occasions.

    a common problem with ordering trousers from sierra trading post is that the rise is not included as part of the size even when it is indicated on the tag by the mfr. these trousers have an 8 inch rise, which in my book makes them a big and tall size. i have 3 Isiai 44R suits and all of the trousers are 7" rise. these are a great product if you are 6-1+ i have also experienced this problem with barry bricken trousers ordered from STP. STP needs to get on the ball and give all of the size information provided by the mfr
