“This is an excellent garment; however, as others have said about the Isaia suits, they do run small. A 42L is normally a perfect fit for my husband. In this 42L, the sleeves were too short, the shoulders too narrow, and the body a little snug. Unfortunately, the suit was not available in a larger size, so we returned it for a refund. I would recommend this suit, but only in a larger size than the person normally wears.”
