    These boots are not warm without thermal socks. They are waterproof, and are effective boots for stalking...not as quiet as moccasins, but in very cold weather they are a perfect compromise :) I highly recommend them for the money as a great boot to wear in the winter/cold wet conditions with thermal socks for the ground hunter.

    Work great! Warm and dry after I crossed a narrow creek. They run a size small and are narrow caused by an extra rubber liner that make them water proof.

    Good boot value for the price. Not necessarily a cold weather boot but I purchased them for fall bowhunting for whitetails and a little partridge hunting. Bottom soles are soft and pliable enough to feel sticks and rocks, so they are a good, quiet stalking boot (which is primarily what I bought them for).
