I live near the water, and boiled wool is the best thing to keep warm, without getting too hot, or bulky. This sweater is my single favorite piece of clothing, and I love it so much, I'm ordering another Ivanhoe sweater.

Reviewed by disappointed from Midwest on Friday, February 17, 2012I washed this according to the manufacturer's directions, in a wool cycle, in a garment bag, in my washing machine. I laid it flat to dry. It shrunk by well over an inch in every dimension. Since the sleeves were very long to begin with, they now are almost long enough. The rest of the sweater is too small.
