J-41 Rebirth Outdoor Shoes - Mary Jane Flats (For Women)

Since I like J-41 shoes, I was eager to order these Mary Janes for my ten year old daughter. Sierra advised ordering a half size up, and in fact I ordered more like a full size larger than I thought I needed, but they were still too small. They were otherwise cute and comfortable, so she was disappointed. I would recommend these shoes, but be aware of the sizing issue.

I've traveled with them to California's wine country where we cycled some the back roads. I've also worn them to one of the islands off Massachusetts where we also did some cycling. I always wear them with the Smart Socks. This combination has proven to be very comfortable, practical and with the matching or contrasting striped Smart Socks, quite stylish. I get a lot of compliments. I've worn them to the beach, day hiking, in the sun and in the rain. They've been perfect for all these occasions and are not showing a bit of wear.

This shoe looks great but the fit is awful. I tried inserts but couldn't get the sides not to flare out. The construction just isn't correct to fit anyone properly. BUT, I'd love to own a pair if I could have one that fit properly. The bottom of the shoe is very cool.

Work well with skirts, jeans or khakis - love them!

These are a little wide. The strap seems to cause a gap. They are very comfortable, though and look cute. I think I will wear them a lot in the spring. Great price!

Very comfortable!! I purchased them for work as I'm on my feet all day. It feels like I'm wearing tennis shoes! Highly recommended!
