    These are very comfortable, soft, and cushioned. They are very low top and not supportive at all, though. I am not to type to roll my ankles and I find these shoes to roll constantly. Don't even think about turning sharply in them.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I've got peculiarities of feet (high arches, need flexibility, sensitive Achilles tendon), so it may not be a quality thing, but these felt very think and rather confining. They went back. A different J-41 pair ordered at the same time is my new fav - there is not a resemblance in how the two are built.

    I wore these in my office 5 or 6 times a month for three months. The stitching started to unravel exposing my socks. Local cobbler glued and stiched them up. 2 months later, one of the plastic straps that hold the D rings ripped, no way to repair. Good design, cheap materials.
