Reviewed by tc from Austin on Thursday, February 14, 2013I have only used this once, but I as I am working towards only stainless steel and cast iron cooking implements, this is a welcome addition. The one time that I have cooked with it seemed pretty great. I'll need more trials to better understand it...but it is a pot, afterall...not too complex. Good overall!
