This jacket on the rack was nearly [$]. I walked back to my office, made three mouse clicks and had Sierra deliver it. Exact same sports coat. Incredible.

Answer The chest measurement for a size 44R is 46" chest, 44" waist and the shoulder to shoulder is 19.5". For the size 46R the chest is 48", waist is 46" and the shoulder to shoulder is 20".
