I was looking for a nice charcoal pinstripe suit, so I gave this one a try. I liked the fabric and design, but the coat is almost cut like a three button. The lapels meet together higher than would be expected (the top button is several inches lower than the point where the lapels overlap). You can see this in the picture somewhat, but I noticed it more in person... so it wasn't to my liking. Just thought I would point this out. I would have kept the suit if not for this design "idiosyncrasy."

This is my husband's third Jack Victor suit from Sierra Trading Post and it's another winner. The fabric is fine and smooth and has a slight sheen. The charcoal color is dark but not black, the pinstripe is thin and traditionally-spaced. The construction is very well done and sizing is true with a standard fit. I tailor the suits to fit my husband perfectly and they end up looking far more expensive than they actually are. Highly recommended.
Best Uses: Formal workplace, Going Out
Pros: Fine fabric, Great Value, Quality construction
