    I got these for my husband, who is a very tall man, but these gloves are still too long in the flap. He tried them on, but they absolutely do not fit. Disappointing, since they were meant to be a gift for him. Now, I have to spend extra money, time, and effort to return them. dave yourself the aggravation.

    When it's snowy, my friends and I regularly snowshoe at night. These are perfect for snowshoeing, because you can drop a hand warmer into the mitt for those subzero nights, but you can also flip the mitt up to tweak a binding or if your hands get too warm. The eco-fleece lining is a bonus, because my other ragg wool mitts (alpaca) are sometimes a bit chilly when I'm still warming up. Also, they're cute!

    I use these mittens for cross country skiing and running and for winter telescope observing which involves standing still in the cold. They are very warm and the flip feature is good if you need dexterity. They seem to run a bit small so get a larger size. These are good mittens.
