    I wear them in the cold weather and my hands are warm but when I need to use my fingers or have more control over what I'm doing, I don't have to remove my glove/mittens, just pull back the mitten top and use my fingers for whatever I need. Thank you. The thumb wears out first. Thank you for making them so warm and useful.

    light, comfortable, and well lined. But the tops of two finger holes started unravelling within a week. There's some pilling of the rag wool in the palms, too. Finally, the mitten 'cap' has stretched a fair bit already, so that it sits a bit too loosely atop the fingers when the gloves are in 'mitten' mode.

    Poor quality. I bought 2 pair, one had a loose stitch that I'm sure would have unravelled the entire glove if I didn't return it and the small velcro tab that holds the mitten part open on the other came loose on the first day. The only thing I would recommend is not buying them.

    They are nice gloves, but i don't like that the flap that covers your fingers is secured with velcor. Cause when you have the mitt/flap part over your fingers then the velcro piece is exposed and it snags on things. It would have been better if it was a button that secured that flap.

    The only improvement I can think of is if the product had a piece of Gore Tex fabric sewn onto the palm of the mitt. This would increase the length of weather and keep that area drier than having the wool exposed to the elements.
