Super warm and nice looking. If you're sensitive to wool you might look for one with a more complete poly lining. There is poly on the inside, but it doesn't extend all the way down to the brow.

This is a good hat for the money. It is warm and is comfortable for the most part. The wool is a little "itchy" but most wool is anyway. It is a little snug around the sides and I have a small head. However, it sits low on your head (good for me) and it is well made. Doesn't feel cheap at all. I purchased it to wear outside for sports, hunting and fishing. It works perfect for this and I think it is a very good value. I would purchase again.

Nothing unexpected here, other than the exceptional price. Pretty decent, semi-lose knit, roomy wool cap. Comfy, plenty warm, maybe a little breezy on windy days. Does come with a mild, oily wool aroma, which is OK by me, but pretty noticeable if you've become accustomed to odorless plastic clothing.

I bought two of these in different colors. I can't wear either for too long at a stretch as they make my forehead itch. Mine had no separate acrylic lining. If you have hair that comes between the brim and your forehead, it would be a perfect hat.

i think long hair doesn't look so good in a ballcap, but it's starting to get cold out so this is the solution

Overall this hat is absolutely wonderful. The ragg wool truly keeps your head warm and also creates a fairly windproof product. This is the second one I've had and the only reason I bought another was because I lost my last one. It fits better than your typical toboggan in part because of the brim. Overall a truly excellent hat.
