I am using these for winter road-running. They are especially helpful for early morning or evening runs when I am more concerned about visiblility. They are also warmer than the liner gloves I often wear - perfect for runs in below freezing temps. Having the ability to flip back the mitten part is handy for tying shoes, fiddling with my watch for splits, etc.
Also will wear for fall hikes through State Forest property open to hunting.
Only had them a few weeks, but they seem very well made, and are extremely comfortable. Also highly breathable.
