I ordered 2 pairs of xl for my son, and both pairs had a very small index finger on the right glove. It was too small to get the glove on. I'm sure they would be great gloves if not for that manufacturing problem.

I bought one for my husband and another for a gift. He has not actually used them yet but they seem like good gloves and a bargain price.

These were the gloves I used to break camp, move equipment, handle water, etc. They worked real well and I was happy to have had them along. I didn't do any really difficult tasks such as handling wet anchor ropes to test their resistance to abrasion - just light-duty work around the camp, mostly.
