    M husband used them for hunting Elk this year and said they were great. He said they didn't inhibit his handling of the gun at all. He loved that they kept his hands warm. It didn't rain, so the waterproof piece is still undetermined. He's a fairly "primitive" hunter in that he doesn't go out of the house looking like a brand new mom running up to the post office, but he did say that these were keepers!
