Wear these inside any glove or mitten and your hands will be toasty, even after hours outside. These liners completely eliminated my excuse to get out of the cold.

I tried to use these to add insulation to motorcycle gloves. I put them on when my hands were already warm and under a set of insulated gloves that also started warm. No perceptible difference in heat retention on a 40F morning.

The "one size" specified really means medium. They're hard to get on or off with XL hands and extremely fragile. The seams near the wrist tore trying to put them on with very little force.

These glove liners seem to be intended to be used one time and promptly thrown away.

I use these at work in the oilfield usually under another pair of gloves but also when I would otherwise need to use my bare hands. I don't think they would fit an X-large hand. The stitching at the cuff started to tear apart on both pairs on the first use. I will be getting a needle and thread to repair these because they make a signigicant difference in hand warmth in sub zero weather.
