“These gloves will be used for skiing in the Utah mtns. The price is excellent. About sizing: The M (for 8-9 year olds) was way too big; the S (for 6-7 year olds) fits better. Lucy's hand is 5 1/2" around, her longest finger (middle) is 2 1/2" long. The gloves are long in the fingers but workable. She has petite hands for an 8 year old. I hope this sizing info helps.”
