Reviewed by I like shoes from Western Massachusetts on Wednesday, August 29, 2012Very sad to return these but I did. Jambu, which has taken over J-41 is not half as good as j-41. For instance, I have a pair of j-41 Lunar shoes (my fifth pair ofJ-41 shoes). The Eclipse is the Jambu equivalent. But the fit is tighter, very uncomfortable, and the shoe is poorly made. It tore my heels in the short test walk I took in them.

Got over the first wear blisters on the heel and the toe box is a little low, but all in all a good shoe. Lots of breatheability and the footbeds are soft cushy foam, and NOT FABRIC which retains odor!!!

The size 9 they carried was enourmous on my foot so I was very worried about my order, but the shoes fit perfectly. Very light weight for traveling and, so far, very comfortable. Very flattering on the foot and will work well with skirts as well as pants. A little concerned about the velcro strap irritating the top of my foot but so far has not bothered me.

Because of my terrible feet I normally stay in the clog family, but these looked so cute and had a similar style so I figured, what the heck ! Well, I was so glad I gave them a try. I have worn them with jeans, slacks and skirts and they look adorable with everything. They fit well and are supportive as well as comfortable. I just hope they last a long time. So far so good
