Good backpack, but the specs are wrong

This is a very nice backpack for the money. The hip and shoulder straps are well padded. The ripstop nylon and zippers are durable. The pockets are spacious and useful.
But the size and weight that are listed in the specs and Q&A sections are wrong. This backpack is a short and it fit torsos in the 13-16" range. The backpack also weighs 3lb 9oz. This info is on the product brochure that is tied to the backpack. It is also on the Jansport web site.
It clearly was too small when I put it on. The shoulder straps stopped just slightly below my armpits. The sternum strap was up on my throat. I called customer service and they contacted the warehouse and verified that this is the only size they have for the Klamath 55. If this fits you, then you have a nice backpack.
