Not the same as the originalReviewed by Jennifer L from GA on Monday, July 3, 2017I purchased 2 pairs of the Deep Sea Encore thinking that they would be the same as the Deep Sea that I had purchased several years ago. I love the original ones. I work retail and walk up to 7 miles a day. I purchased the Encore "updated" version and after wearing once, they will be sitting in my closet. The whole shoe is clunkier. The arch area of the sole is thicker than the original ones. The shoes just doesn't flex as you walk and are not as comfortable. Would love to see the originals back!

Other wise it runs true to size, they are very cute and I do hope they will give a tiny bit more stretch over time.

Do note that "vegan" means fake leather, so they aren't quite as breathable as I'd like (and even a "no show" sock would be visible because the sides are so low), but still a great shoe.

I can see how they would be adorable worn with a skirt or shorts or jeans. Second, I wear a 8.5-9 so I ordered the 9. And still they were too small. They fit fine in the heel, tight across the toe box, even though I don't have a wide foot, and the length was short, too. Again, these are so, so cute, but the inconsistent sizing of Jambu means they've been returned.
