“When I'm out ice climbing or skiing, my Jetboil allows me to enjoy hot food with very little inconvenience. It's relatively light, self contained, and makes a hot drink or cup of soup almost instantly. It might be good for solo backpacking, but I've never used it backpacking, since I'm always with a group.”
