“This jacket has a weird, tight neck fit. If you don't care about buttoning it up all the way, you are good to go. If you do want to buckle up at the top, it is too tight. Weird design, but great fit otherwise. I have been wearing it every rainy day and ignoring the buckles and ties at the top.”
