I ordered this jacket for my husband as a gift; he absolutely loves it; the color is a beautiful, rich dark olive more towards the green; the jacket has a very good fit although a little wide, probably to allow for movement - you could use it for horse back riding or hunting - and also to allow for layering under it. It could also be a little longer but overall it still fits fairly well. The lining is a good looking cotton tartan. We also found a hood in the pocket which could be snapped on or off if desired. The fabric is waxed cotton, probably a light to medium weight. The brand is Peregrine, not Oxford Blue as mentioned on the website. From my own personal experience Peregrine is less "rugged" than Oxford Blue which is more casual. The jacket is very stylish and classy looking, a wonderful product overall.
