“This jacket is sized XL (18-20). I normally wear a 16 or 18, L or XL depending on cut. This is too narrow to zip. I will have to return it and am only debating whether to try a men's size from the same maker in a somewhat different model, which I'm not sure I like as well. This was a big disappointment, since the jacket itself is exactly what I wanted. You really should warn customers if a product runs very small (or large, for that matter.)”
