I will use this sweater primarily for casual wear

This sweater is true to size, well made and very warm- perfect for winter.

I loved the look of this sweater, but when I put it on, the knit was very large, so you'd have to make sure to wear the right colored shirt underneath. The only other deal breaker for me was the neck of the sweater. It is way too high and tight. Not comfortable at all.

I bought two of these sweaters in a medium and a large and I can't see any appreciable difference in the sizes. If anything, the neck of the large is a little bit tight, and I have a small neck. The sweaters are not as roomy as one might wish, but still quite comfortable--on the smallish side of medium. What is very nice about them is the quality of the wool; it is very, very soft, not itchy at all. These are nicely made sweaters and the colors are lovely, especially the pale blue. The charcoal is quite dark, almost black.

I usually wear a women's M or L and got and XL wanting an oversized fit but it fits like a M.

This beautiful sweater has a fatal flaw: Getting it over your head feels like being born. The neck opening is very small, which isn't insurmountable, I suppose. But the height of the collar is also wrong--it's much too high. I felt I was in a neck brace. It's really too bad, since the wool is soft, and, as I mentioned, the knit is just beautiful.

I really like this sweater but it feels a tad too small. Also, like the previous reviewer said, the neck is somewhat tight but I like that the turtleneck isn't floppy. I think that I'll keep this since I got such a great deal on it and the wool is so thick and lofty!

very thick beautiful sweater. Neck is sewn on-therefore not stretchy and I found it a little tight going over my "medium" hat sized head and a little more constricting on my neck than I'd prefer. I have long arms and I wish the arms had an extra 1/2 inch. That said,I'll likely keep it,as it is a good deal for the quality!
