Joan Vass Cotton Slim Skirt (For Women)

Attractive, well made and comfortable

a bit disappointed there is no spandex just cotton, i'm concerned that the skirt may 'bag' and stretch a bit when i sit.

I had to return this item because it was way too long....and I'm 5'8" It's a brown skirt which made me look like I was wearing a potato sack.

I am delighted with the quality of the Joan Vass skirt. I like that there is not a slit in the the skirt.

I am 5'9 I demand a tea length that covers my knees, but not drag the floor or hit my ankles. This was super long, I am having it altered. It was not what I thought even though I am keeping it. Much heavier material than I understood. I needed a versatile nice brown skirt for Christian Meetings

I love this skirt and would buy it in every color under the sun, if I could (if only it were available in lots of different hues!). As it is, I own it in black, camel, brown, navy, and cream. At first glance, it might seem like a casual garment, but I find that it works really well with dressy separates and accessories. It's an indispensable staple in my wardrobe!

I have two of these skirts black and brown. Very comfortable. I like the heavier weight, although I wouldn't wear it in Mexico.

nice skirt, goes with everything. fabric has decent drape, and is substantial for a knit. wish it didn't have an elastic waist, though this one is good, not wrinkly or thin and binding, sits nicely, much like a normal waistband.

... but I kept it. THis is a long piece of black cotton. Way too heavy to wear in the summer. But for those days when you feel bloated and you want to "hide" this'll do it for you. Falls to mid-calf. Good quality cotton, some weight to it, doesn't cling and won't show bulges... but it doesn't drape or move with you, and it wrinkles easily. Utilitarian, not a fashion statement. When you can't think of anything else to wear, and you don't feel like wearing pants, this is what you want.
