“I usually wear a size L, and I ordered the size 1. I am wearing this more as a shirt, than a jacket, as it is more form fitting, I love the fit, but beware the upper arms fit snug. I am 5'9 and 149, but I don't think my arms are big. Hope that helps. The material is great, the shape is great, the back is adjustable. I love mine, and I am going to order another color now.”
