    This skirt seems like it will last. The cotton is thick. The only thing I don't like is that that top ruffle is right at the largest part of my bum.

    I work from home but wear skirts and dresses unless I'm in the garden--and sometimes even then, so this kind of skirt suits me down to the ground! I don't know yet how it will wash, but it's very soft and long enough so I can pull weeds without worrying about whether the neighbor's evil little boy and his camera phone are in the yard next door! I would never pay the full price as listed for a cotton skirt, but for a bit under $30, it was a good--not perfect--deal.

    I'm a casual/classic/stylish person depending on mood and/or destination. I got this skirt to wear casually and I'll probably wear it around the house this summer. I actually wish the fabric was a little lighter weight. To me it hangs and looks sort of "dumpy". Sorry, JV. On the other hand, I've tried on similar skirts that looked even dumpier once they were on. This will look best on a thin person who can pair it with a cute little tight top.

    As many of the other reviewers of this skirt, I too have more than one. It's a great skirt. The cotton knit is of a wonderful weight, and quality. Also it is 100% Cotton, which can be hard to find these days.

    This skirt was an afterthought & I think I am OK with keeping it. Nice heavier knit fabric, true to size, elastic waist but you don't look like a stuffed sausage in it! Comfortable & pretty to wear/just not sure where or when I would wear it since I am not the Prairie skirt type. But I am keeping it!
