Joan Vass Twill Knit Pants - Medium Weight (For Women)

Nice pants - this is my second pair.

I liked the idea of a stretchy, adjustable jacket, so I got the pants to go with. The size 2 jacket was large but ok, but the pants were too small in the waist, though with plenty of room in the legs. The waist is also very high. Would have made a nice travel pant suit had it fit better. Fabric is very comfortable.

loved the idea of them, just not the execution. They fit kinda funny - hated to send them back.

Nice drape and knit weight for dress or casual wear.

Wonderful thicker fabric ! Very forgiving on "old lady" bottom and thighs. Minimaly stretchy, but it's thicker -and it doesn't cling -just smooths all these unsightly bumps etc. Waist was tight at first - but after few minutes stretched as much as needed. I don't have a problem with fabric bulging in the zipper area - but I have a reasonably flat belly . My problem is the big thighs - and these pants are just wonderfully fuller where I need them.Rare find since todays pants have all gone skinny and I thought I'll vever find anything that fits me without major alterations. They've been washed twice already - regular cycle, medium dryer - and they shrunk maybe 1" in the lenght - which I needed anyway. I liked them so much that I ordered 2 more .

Dressier than jeans but great for causal and work

I really liked these pants, but had to return them. The construction of the pockets unnecessarily constrains the waistline, giving the pants an ugly (and uncomfortable) pucker at the fly. This completely undermines the advantages of the comfortable yet stylish knit fabric.

I took a chance on these JV pants but have returned them. I have only been able to get one pair of this lines pants that fit me properly. Otherwise, quality is nice, fabric is medium weight and very nice appearing. If you can wear this style makes a very nice suit with the jacket.
